My Yummy Fingers

I really love to suck on my fingers. My Ema and Abba don't want me to because they say I will need braces. But I don't even know what braces are! What I do know is that my fingers are much more yummy than my motzetz (pacifier)!

I definitely think I'm going to win this battle just because I've got the cuteness factor on my side!

My Ema caught me moving (A.K.A. squirming) around my play gym today from one side to the other! Look at me go! Notice how i move right to left like a good Israeli!

Woah! It's Moving!

Tonight my parents put together a very pretty mobile that my Auntie Kimmy's Auntie Molly sent me all the way from California. It's so pretty! When my Ema started it up it played music and all the little animals started moving around.






I followed them with my eyes as the animals went around and around and I even started smiling (but not long enough for my parents to catch it on camera!). I think I'm going to have a lot of fun keeping my parents up at night with this pretty musical mobile!

IT'S SO HOT!

This past shabbat it was SO HOT OUTSIDE! My Abba said it was between 32 and 33 degrees (that's Celsius - probaly about 90 degrees Fahrenheit)! I spent most of the day in either a onsie or just in a diaper so I wouldn't get too hot. My Ema took these picture of me after Shabbat:

Fireworks For Yom Yerushalayim

Tonight we watched beautiful fireworks from our mirpeset! They were fired from then Kenneset building (which we can see from our mirpeset) and were very loud and pretty.

Happy Mother's Day Ema!

Tonight we went to dinner at Pera e Mela, a favorite restaraunt of my Ema. My Nani sent Ema a gift certificate so we ate very well (I got the fettucene alfredo second hand!).

Happy Dance

Today my Ema caught me doing my happy dance; I'm fed, changed, burped, and feeling FAB-U-LOUS!

Visiting My Forefathers

Today my parents took me to a beautiful brit in the Maarat Hamachpeila in the holy city of Chevron (Hebron).Here are some pictures from our tiyul .

My Abba's Reb Simcha Hochbaum had a baby boy and the brit was in the shul at the kever of Avraham and Sarah and Yitzchak and Rivka.



We sang and danced as we celebrated Eliyahu Lev SarShalom Hochbaum into the fold of the Jewish people. We made the beracha upon his entering the brit of Avraham Avinu at the kever of Avraham Avinu and it was really a very special experience.

Or at least the first ones my parents were able to catch on camera!



My parents love when I smile and giggle! I usually will give them a little chuckle when they gurgle and coo back at me and try to speak my language. It's so funny when I hear my Ema say, "Can you please change my diaper?!" or my Abba saying "I need to be cuddled!" Who wouldn't laugh at that???

Bath Time

We have so much fun playing and splashing in the water. I love taking baths and am so happy and relaxed when I am in my tub.

My Ema and Aba promised to only take tznius bath pictures! But really, how could they resist this cute little body?

Look how I'm growing!

My Ema and Abba say they are "chubbing me up". It looks like all my Ema's hard work is paying off! Just look at my cheeks and double chin!

I'm so Tommy

This is me in one of the hottest new styles... It's a "Tommy Baby" outfit that My friends Gail and Mitchell (and Eli and Roey) gave it to me with all of Eli and Roey's old clothes. Don't I look trendy?

Auntie Lissie Learns New Tricks, Too!

This is my very creative (and flexible) Auntie Lissie. She knows lots of great ways to keep my motzetz in my mouth.

There's no better way than to sleep than cuddling up on my Ema and Abba's chests. Thank Hashem for this great wrap!

Friends

My Ema and Abba miss all their friends in America a lot. They talk about it all the time. During Pesach a few of their friends came to visit them (but mostly to see me!).
